To qualify for a return, you must send an email within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply reach out to our customer care team at email@example.com with your name, the product(s) you’d like to exchange, your order number, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Once you have contacted us, we will provide a return label, which you will attach to the original box if you still have it. Return shipping is free of charge. Once we receive your return (in its original box preferably), we'll assess the returned product. If it is as purchased and not used, we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.
Any items you may have received free with purchase through a promotion must also be returned along with qualifying return purchased items.
Your Worvie Membership Rewards Points balance will be adjusted to reflect any returned and refunded merchandise.
