Most items are shipped via ground shipping, approximated 3–6 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Your package will ship with UPS or USPS. Use the tracking number sent to you to track your package and for more detailed information.

ReturnsItems can be returned up to 30 days after your order has been shipped. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost, otherwise customers are responsible for shipping fees. Simply reach out to our customer care team at email@example.com with your name, the product(s) you’d like to return, your order number, and the reason for the return. And you will receive the approval number after 2 or 3 days by email from us. Please send the item(s) with the upon return number and original order number, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time. We will refund your purchase price and credit will will be applied to your original method of payment. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
